CES includes a broad range of units across business services and campus stores, facilities and environment services, student housing and real estate, sustainability, public media, and affiliates. CES is part of the administrative branch of UNM and reports to the Office of the Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. 

CES employs around 700 staff members at The University of New Mexico.
